Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email codebluecrafting@gmail.com within 48 hours of your delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We promise to get back to you within 24 hours to arrange sending a new item or processing a refund :-)
